$10 for a set of probes if you can do it yourself.....
If you get a vet to do it, better make sure he/she is qualified, you'll probably pay $30-50 for the initial visit plus other fees incurred for the service.

It's good to have a vet/experienced breeder show you how to probe the first time.. then you can do it yourself.
