Well who knew he could do that...
I went in to get Gomez some fresh water, then called for Karen to hurry in with the camera! Wow, what a lucky few shots!

I so never thought he could squeeze his chubby butt through there! Geez, he melts me every time too. Such a curious lil sweetie. I hate to play favorites with my critter children, but Gomez is right up there with Cleo these days, and she's been my girl for 17 years! He oozed the rest of the way out of there a moment after these pics were taken, and is cruising around the rest of his tub now. Reflection in the plastic even... "Blue Steel!"

EDIT: Oh yeah! And we're upgrading to a Herpstat. Go us! I'm constantly fretting over his temps, hopefully this will help :P The Zoo Med t-stat just won't consistantly keep it high enough.

He'll surpise ya... He'll still fit through that in another 3-6 months I bet! :) You'd be surpised what small cracks and crevaces they can fit in!

    Amazing photos Sheree!

They do worm their way deep into our hearts. Each of our snakes, ball pythons most especially, are so unique and amazing in their own ways. I get this crazy happy honored and amazed feeling from being around them and hope that never ends no matter how many we have or breed.

I'll add my voice to the "What kind of bedding is that?" Since I am on dial-up this is the first I have seen a pic. It looks like styro popcorn! LOL, just not runny enough looking to be cottage cheese. Unless of course ou drained it really well through cheesecloth first...

It's Carefresh Ultra ! Cottage Cheese and Styro popcorn... Honestly people! :P I like it because I can use it for my rabbits and birds too. Prince Falkor hates it and all substrates other than coconut husk for some reason, so he's the only exception.

And very well put, Jo! And thanks guys! *luvs him to bits!* I might enter that last pic in BPOM. :)
