    need some suggestions
    gosh dangit i went to bed last night and my heater broke or something for my room now my rooom is freezing cold and my snake terrarium has got about 5degrees lower what could i do to keep the heat in my snake aquarium till i buy a new heater?

    you could put a few heat making lights above the tank and/or wrap towels or blankets around the tankthat will probably keep in some heat

    Also what you could do is put the tank on top or up against the heaterif one's avalible.other than that I dont know?

    i used to rap blankets around my tank when i used one. nice comforters (they worked pretty good) and covered as much of the screen as i could.

    When I was using tanks I would sometimes cut and tape cardboard (corrugated) around the outside faces of the tank since bare glass conducts heat out pretty easily. Otherwise try to maintain a higher ambient temp in the room in question.
