This forum has seriously done strange things to my brain. Within the last two days, I got seriously confused over perfectly normal words.
First, there was that thread about hybrids, then shortly after I got a bit of spam that was titled "Save on your brand new hybrid!" and my first thought was "wtf... I just clicked on that one link! ... Oh, wait, they're talking about cars!" Which then lead to a conversation with my fiancee about what happens if you crossbreed a Honda with a Ferrari.
Then, a night ago, I accidentally spilled water all over our computer mouse, and utterly utterly slaughtered it. No hope for it, we had to get a new one. Later, when my fiancee got home my mind was on feeding Gomez as he's being so reclusive and hoping he'd eat tonight (which he did, like a champ as always!) Karen says to me "We need to get a much better mouse this time anyway." To which I blinked and said "But he's on rat fuzzies now, and they're great!" :ohmygod: "NO the computer mouse!" "Oh!"
I'm hopeless now. I hope you people are happy! ;)
