Still here...

Life's been crazy hectic for the last month (sheesh, and I thought things would slow down after the holidays, ha!). Anyhoo, just an update. My 'puter blew up, got a new one. Yay! Hydaya is doing great. Last week I got him his first small rat (up from adult mice) and he took him down like a champ (I'm so proud of my boy). I was worried for a while that he'd imprint on mice and wouldn't like rats when I offered, but apprently my piglet will eat anything that moves.

I also bought a T-3 from Animal Plastics (great service btw, very friendly, arrived on time, everything as promised etc, very happy with them and the cage). The probe on the thermostat I had for my old set up won't fit in the nice little place for the thermostat probe though, so I just have in inside and will be odering a new one... course that means I'll have a complete set up just right for a baby snake.... maybe I'll start shopping ;-)

Oh glad to see you back and to hear Hydaya did so well on the transition from mice to rats! Now we need current pictures LOL.
