The pics look fine to me as well. But my guesses as to what's going on would be worth than useless right now, so I can't really help ya. :(

Maybe something in the forum is resizing them for some users? Try clicking on the links to see the image directly?

Not sure if this'll make a difference or not, but hopefully...

They are still small for me . . . Maybe make them bigger.
Re: humm what is this on tally
Your pics are way too small to tell anything, no matter what I do.
But, I would say, if you are seeing some sort of sore or wound type thing down by or on the tail and you know your snake did not get all its skin off in a shed, most likely what you are seeing is an injury that resulted from that, those types of things can cause them to lose part of thier tail due to constriction by old skin. A friend of mine has a ball who lost part of his tail b/c of an injury caused by the skin not coming off all the way. I cant guess about its belly, the pics are just too small.
My advice to you, would be get your snake to a vet b/c if you are worried about infection, it might be... also, it is for this very reason a good one.. to look over your snake regularly so you can catch times when shed skin dont come off all the way so you can prevent this.
Re: humm what is this on tally
ok, I was able to view the pics by saving them and using a photo editor to magnify the pics....
the tail looks as if it is an injury due to shed skin not coming off- the end part from the cloaca on is effected... and the belly looks like scale rot or a burn....
to those reading this..the belly has purplish or red track mark looking markings, it is definately an injury of some sort...
GET YOUR SNAKE TO A VET IMMEDIATELY! As there is not much we can do to help you on that.
Furthermore, please evaluate your husbandry practises and try to figure out what you can do to prevent from happening again should your snake come out OK after this. If it is a burn, you need to fix the problem so it dont occur again... if it has belly rot, you may need to ask yourself how clean your snakes home really is because most scale rot is caused by a dirty environment.
How long have you had this snake? Can you tell us about your cage, heat, feeding, substrate and cleaning practices, so we may help you fix this problem so it does not reoccur later?
