    BP laying upside down??
I went to check on Karazi and noticed his head sticking out of his cool side hide, upon further inspection I noticed he was laying upside down. My heart started to beat frantically thinking the worse (came home to a dead BP). I lifted off the hide and noticed he was lying completey on his back, belly up. He righted himself right away, and when I lifted him out he was strong, tongue flicking, no wheezing. Temps have been spot on. Vet visit 2 weeks ago for general check-up was flawless. Has anyone seen this? and if so is this normal?

I've not encountered that with any of ours - but thats a pretty limited sample. How old is your BP and how long have you had him?

It's common after a large meal.

Actually, today is his scheduled feed day. I just fed him and he took it no problem. Last vet visit he weighed in at 110 g. I am assuming 4 months old, have had him for approx. 1 1/2 months. He seems fine, this is the first time I've noticed this behavior. I'll watch to see how he handles his food.

I've seen my bigger girl do that, sorta. She wasn't completely on her back though. I wouldn't worry if he has a strong muscle tone and is able to right himself as soon as he is distrubed. Don't you just love that they do funny little things to freak us out? I swear sometimes they're in league with my children to drive me insane. (well more insane anyway ;) )
