Cook's Tree Boa

where can find good care sheet for Cook's Tree Boa ?

i looked in corallus.com but nothing found.
cook's has the same husbandary with hortulanus?

Cooks and hortulanus are one in the same. Temps in the low to mid 80's, a hide box of some sort, water dish, paper towel substrate is fine, average humidity but not constantly damp.


I keep my amazons in HOMZ containers that are sold in any K-mart. I use 17 qt. for babies and smalls...and the 30 qt. sweater boxes for mediums and larges. I use hide caves and rock water dishes. I actually never mist mine but I live in s. florida and it is a little humid here so the air doesn't get dried out by a heater constantly being on. I also use paper towels for substrate just because it is easy to clean and change when they go to the bathroom.

Wicked color on that amazon......I might have to look into those.....I have been thinking about getting something that likes to climb ;)

he coils around the pinky but doesn't start eating. it allow the pinky to drop down.

Try setting him up in a 'shoe box' type environment with something to hide under and a water dish and he will do better. That's a pretty open space with not much to hide in so he may be stressed a bit.

the breeder told me tha he ate all times frozen pinkies.
if i set the pinky in the hide box overnight may eat?
