    Rubber Boa!?!?
    Hey! I am so intrested in these little critters I was Just wondering from anyone who knows first hand if there are anything important or unusual that I need to know?

    like Are they freindly or do they bite, get big, eat well, etc...

    I don't keep them, but I do know they don't normally require supplemental heat (room temps are usually fine) they stay small (they're sand boa relatives 1.5-2.5') they're usually quite tame too.

    $nake$ i have noticed you have been looking for a new snake lately and have been asking this same question over and over again "are they friendly" its a good question and generally the anser is yes for most species,of course exept for those like the blood pythons,Retics and other nippy species. Most snakes no matter what species tame down with a little handling, you should be fine with whatever you chose :)

    i own a rtb and just got rid of another rtb and i am saying yes these snakes can be very tame but correct handling is required these snakes are a little more needy compared to the normal ball python.if you would like the best information on carrying for these creatures i suggest maybe checking out some caresheets.

    Umm doobysnack....we are talking about rubberboas, not Redtails.....
