Re: torn scales!!!!!
Ok. Calm down. Torn off? Do you mean they are sticking half way up and won't go down if you run your hand over them? I'm a little confused. Is she bleeding or flinching when you touch them? I can't really suggest neosporin or anything if I don't really know. Change the substrate to newspaper or paper towel for the moment until you get things cleared up.

that was mostly just to get ppls attention. she doesnt flinch or anthing but i didnt touch the sore itself, just the scales. it is red like it bled a little but it isnt like dripping or oozing blood or nothin. the scales kinda push down when i run my hands over them but not all the way. the scales are close to being all the way off, they are just hangin on by part of one of the scales

Re: torn scales!!!!!
First off, there's no need to make things sound worse to grab people's attention. That's just never a good idea.
Can you take a picture? It sounds like she got caught on something in the cage. You may want to identify what that is and remove it. As for treating her, I don't believe it's an emergency that requires a trip to a vet (and yes if you think it's that critical you should be on your way to the ER - never let anyone disuade you from seeking a professional opinion) It sounds like you would be fine switching to paper towels until her next shed, and then see how it looks.

Re: torn scales!!!!!
While its hard to make a judgement on the condition online without pictures, I would disinfect the area with an Iodine solution and put some clean news papers down and make an appointment with a vet asap! This is only an opinion and you should use your own common sense to size up the situation. If you think you need to rush to the ER right now, do it without any hesitation :please:
