Sexing a BP/Poping????

I have a little BP.
Every now and then I notice something red come out of his/her butt hole!
Like it's his/her sexing organs, but it never stays out very long!

I wanna know if it is a girl or boy, and I read a forum where I think it was Adam said he pops his BP?? and never probes them....

What they heck is that and how do you do it...

I really want to know if its a girl or boy but I cant seem to find anyone in my city who will probe her! So can someone explain this pop thing for me???

It's really about impossible to have popping "explained" to you and then know that you are doing it correctly ... it's really best to "see it" and then hear about how to do it ... and then practice practice practice!

Also, many ball pythons will evert themselves at all ages, but I have never seen a male evert to the point that he exposes his hemipenes .... so when they do evert, they all look like girls.
