    probing cost???
just talking to my vet and its gonna cost me 69$ total to get my BP probed. 45$ for some sorta examination fee and 15$ for the prob. plus 15% tax. i may wait on it, unless that price sounds about right.

Our vet, which we have an appt. tonight, has priced an exam at $38, a fecal costs more (didn't ask) and as far as probing she told me "it will depend on who does the exam" I guess some just do it for free if asked. Didn't seem fair, but i'll ask away:) A local breeder said they'd probe Karazi for free. If the vet won't I'll wait and have them do it.

If you contact a local herp society around you or a local non-vet reptile specialist I bet they will do it for free. I don't know if your vet is an accredited herp one, but I would trust the reptile specialists over my vet anyday.
