Any quality digital thermometer (better if it has a hygrometer in it too)

I use Oregon Scientifc digital thermometers exclusively at my facility. They are "da bomb"! :P

And with my obsessive personality, I'm probably going to go and replace all my AcuRites now (three of which are brand new and packaging thrown away) - Thanks Adam! <sigh> LOL :P

    Re: thermometers
any of the ones you buy from walmart, target, lowes or radio shack will do fine. they will all be accurate to within 1-3 deg. this is accurate enough for most reptile needs.

What's wrong with the Acurites? It shows two temps and humidity all on the same screen, plus will show you mins/max so you can find out how much your temps and humidity are fluctuating.

For my 9.99, they're pretty nifty. I'm using 6 of 'em right now, and I've got 4 more still in packaging that I'm sure i'll be using soon. :)
