HGW/Yellow Belly + ??? (parents genetics known)
I have two hatchlings from separate clutches pre-shed, I think they are both the same genetics, but I'm confused as to what that would be...
Parents for both are HGW/Lesser/Yellow Belly x Ivory (Super YB)/Spider
The first hatchling below has more yellow and the second one is whiter than my axanthics pre-shed.
I have not adjusted the color of the snakes in the photos below.

The clutchmates are not useful for comparison ID because so far they are either Yellow Belly or Ivory.
I am hatching out a few more as I post this though.
There are only so many genetic options that #1 + #2 can be...What do you think?
This is a photo of the HGW/Lesser/Yellow Belly father:

Re: HGW/Yellow Belly + ??? (parents genetics known)
I ran the photos through some different AI's and they claimed Spider/Lesser/Yellow Belly, but they thought Hidden Gene Woma was prominent.
ChatGPT thought HGW/Spider/Lesser/Yellow Belly, but also kept insisting I give it the correct answer. I told it that I thought HGW/Spider was embryonic lethal and it got even more aggressive about demanding the correct answer...and insisted I answer an entire panel of questions (no thanks!).
Of course I trust AI as much as a hungry anaconda to babysit my cats...so there is that....:P

I don’t know anything about BP genetics but those are some beautiful critters!

Yeah...I can't figure out what the genetics on these two are...depending upon what I have offspring this year I may end up holding them to proof breed.
I assume their color will change as they get older and maybe they just look weird when they are young.
I looked up Rare Genetics Inc. to see what they were charging these days for their 50 morph panel test: $139.
I'm sure that is a reasonable price, but I'm not dropping that much cash for a curiosity.
$139 would get me me 278lbs. of rodent food (at $0.50/lb) or nearly 28lbs. of Red Hematoid Quartz at ($5.00/lb).

I spoke with another bp breeder and he said that if they are Spider/HGW I will know it when they just randomly keel over in the new few weeks....
I'm hoping that doesn't happen...:)
My partner looked at the snakes and with her basic ID Skills: she thinks Axanthic, but there is no way.
Axanthic was never introduced into the parental breeding lines and I've never seen *any* axanthics show up randomly in my population.
