Leaving the Hobby, entire operation must go

Unfortunately we've run into troubles this year and we've reached the point of no return.
We're extremely sad about this, but it's an emergency situation and really nothing to do but sell out of everything.

We have 49 ball pythons, some proven breeders and some hatchlings and all of the equipment for them. We also have a rodent breeding operation...everything must go.
We have over 50K invested and more love and energy than we can list. We are asking 20K but willing to negotiate.
This will have to be picked up locally in Conway SC
