I once had someone in a nature museum say that "you can tell a venomous snake by their pupils- venomous snakes have vertical pupils." So I said that means your rosy boa is venomous? :D
Never mind that getting close enough to clearly see into a snake's eyes might be a bad idea. Even those who SHOULD know can get it wrong. :rolleyes:
