    Loud Noise Tolerance
Me and my bp are currently staying with my parents for the holidays (he has a tank set up there for visits). On the day after Christmas, they're getting their roof fixed and it's apparently going to be so loud that we were told we should probably find stuff to do outside of the house on that day. I'm concerned about if it's safe to leave him there (ie, will the noise be too stressful for him) and if not, what I should do with him on that day.

Your snake will be fine. One mildly stressful day isn't enough to harm your snake. For stress to harm your snake it has to be extreme, like that caused by a predator, or long term, like that caused by poor husbandry. I suspect your snake would find being relocated more stressful than the noise.

It's not so much the "noise" anyway, but your snake may feel some minor vibrations from the roofers- it's not a big deal anyway, I agree with Homebody. Snakes don't hear much, & I've experienced a new roof being installed- it's much more annoying to us (or dogs, cats, birds, etc.) that it is to snakes (our hearing is much better). Far more annoying to snakes would be loud music inside your house with a lot of bass really cranked up- even WE can feel the vibrations from that.

Some snakes may LOVE vibrations !

I once treated a Royal with Ri

I used F10 using a portable/battery powered nebuliser and each day at the end of the 30 minute session the snake was always wrapped tightly around the nebuliser !!

It had some serious vibrating going on as well !!
