Some reddish spots appear on white towels. Please, help
Hello everyone, please help. I keep my ball python on white towels, and some weird spots, dots constantly appear on them. It seems like blood, but I don’t see any wounds on it, there are no visible mites either. The photo was taken today, I changed everything and replaced it with new towels, half an hour passed and again these spots. WHAT IS THIS? Maybe someone came across?

How long has this been going on?

Most noticeable about a month, but now I think that it was also before, but not so intense and I didnt attach importance. It might be worth saying that we were treated for trichomonas in March, but now the tests show that they not active and everything fine with it

By itself, he is active, eats well, gains weight, sheds well.

A few specks of blood like that is pretty common: especially during shed or mating.
People who are using substrate will usually not see it...
If you see blood spots every day then you have a larger issue...

Maybe not every day, but it looks like new ones appears in a few days, it's quite difficult to trace, but I can try. If it's a larger issue, like what?

The simplest explanations are usually the correct ones, but, here is an article on Cloacal Prolapse for casual reading:

I'm on the same page as Lord Sorril- I'm thinking the blood is most likely from the cloacal area- I think a vet check is in order. If you need to find one, this may help: https://arav.site-ym.com/search/custom.asp?id=3661
I'm not saying it's a prolapse- it might be parasite related, or a urate stone that has or still is causing irritation, or ??? But it needs to be diagnosed & dealt with in the near future. Not an emergency, but not ignored either. Let us know how it goes?
And I see you just joined us (from Ukraine!)- :welcome:

Thank you for your answers, we'll go to the vet. There is a herpetologist in my area, but he works several times a week, so it won't be quick.

UPD
Hi everyone, it's been a while. We did go to the vet. It's not a prolapse. This is inflammation, possibly caused by parasites (they were found during analysis). So now we have been prescribed several drugs, the doctor said that nothing is fatal, so we will treat. Thanks everyone, take care.
