Animal Plastics lead times have improved

So, at the beginning of this month I put in an order for two T18s (upgrades for my first two snakes). Got an email last week about a system flub that didn't account for shipping cost of the second T18, and after that got squared away I took the chance to ask about what the current lead times are looking like. Much to my surprise, she estimated that they'll be completed and shipped around April-May, possibly even earlier. Considering the last time I ordered (2 years ago before they got a new building and more staff) took 7 months for one T10, that's a significant improvement.

That's very encouraging news-

Well, going to have to rescind my claim at this point. Almost the end of June and not a peep regarding when they'll be shipped, if they're even finished. :no:
