What do y'all think of steampunk?

I've been getting into steampunk lately, basing some of my art off of it, and I even want to make or get a steampunk suit commissioned. What are y'all's thoughts on the aesthetic?

I like the steampunk elements of the Dishonored games. I love the steampunk elements in the movie, Howl's Moving Castle.

I've honestly been on a bit more of a cyberpunk lean.

Steampunk can be so pretty when it's done right. I do like the aesthetics. I just wish I had more of a reason to have punky clothes. Lol.
I need to get better at drawing steampunk. I'd love to dress a few characters up in it
