    New species of snake
I was watching a show the other night on animal planet and the found a new species of pit viper. I was wondering if anyone saw it, and if they remembered any names or anything. It wasn't steve Corwin or anyone real popular. It was 3-4 dudes climbing through a jungle in South America I think. I wan't to see if anything was posted on the net about this new snake yet. They also had a real long tree dweeling snake on the show that was shaped almost like a piece of ribbon. It was very green and flat vertically is that makes sense.

    Thanks

Anyone else offended by the way they treated the various herps they found? I was like no, put it back! They just kept yanking things out of habitats and not being too gentle in the process, I changed the channel midway through the show.
