Eggs exist to torture impatient humans. ;) They take as long as they take- & fyi, I'm not a fan of cutting eggs- many that do cut still don't cut any until after the first one pips on it's own, so you know they've had enough time. You can kill them by cutting early, as the egg shell is there to protect them from pathogens, mold, or dehydration. But that "ship has sailed" so waiting is about all you can do now. Good luck.

Your temp gun might be off and thermostat is closer to correct temp? They take a lot longer to develop at lower temps. Maybe try a new temp gun and see if the accuracy of yours is off. I can't think of another reason they would be taking that long and not have died.

you want to measure the air temp in the egg cups, not surface temp, and besides, when you open the egg cups to measure temps, you are letting a lot of heat out. I recommend you get one of the zoomed digital thermometers with external probe and put the probe in the egg cups. That way you can monitor the temps more accurately and without opening the incubator. I think the thermostat is probably more accurate than the temp gun for this application. Just a bit of a disclaimer, I haven’t bred bps so I’m not sure exactly what temps they need and all that, but I have successfully bred leopard geckos, and this is a problem I had myself when I was first calibrating my incubator. Good luck!
