    could u make one out of a soda bottle like cut the hole near the neck and u have a good sized hide theat completely enclosed and will hold moisture! and it wouldnt take much time!

    and for the cut edge on the bottle all u need is a peice of rubber tubing and cut it down one side and viola! pop it onto the hole! whaddaya think!

    You could even use something hot to melt those edges a bit so they arent sharp - they might well pop the tubing right off.

    I think it would work fine other than the fact that an empty 2L bottle would be so light it would wobble and roll when they were trying to get into it. I'm sure theres a way you could get around that though.

    It's certainly cheaper than buying dollar store tupperware and melting a hole in it (though the removable lid for cleaning out that sphagnum sho is nice).

    you could make a wooden type tray thing to hold it in place. hey, i think im gonna try that in a little bit. good idea alexrls.

    well the question is at that point is it really worth ur while cause u could just buy a tupperware for the same thing i was figuring on the cheap part

    ok, i did it and it works great. to keep it from moving and wobbling allover i put a shoebox with a hole cut imto the top over it. the only problem i have is that i dont know if zulu can fit in it. lol

    LOL...well doesnt affect me now cause Monty just shed...i love when i get to watch that...so i'll keep it on the backburner till next shed
