Pre shed belly or scale rot??

Hello, here is a picture of my BP Norman. I got him out for handling today and noticed his belly is very pink, he usually does before a shed and he is due one however I’m a bit worried as some of his ventral scales are raised? Recently had a huge humidity spike a couple weeks ago where I put fresh orchid bark in. Managed to get it under control but it was quite damp in there for a few days so concerned about scale rot…Just looking for some advice/reassurance please! Is it worth doing betadine baths for a couple weeks to be safe? Thank you.
