baby ball python in egg not moving

ok so I cut the eggs on day 49 and all where moving when i checked on them again today and all where moving except one . they are in the reptibator and the temp is 88 to 92 degrees. also when I cut the one that's not moving is still in sack and it s not moving worried . i nudged it and it didn't move. anyone know if it could have possibly died. i made sure i was careful when cutting the eggs also.:confusd::(

49 is earlier than I have ever heard of someone cutting. That may be completely normal for that level of development. I would leave it alone and hope for the best.
