    Here are all the places in the United States where it's illegal to kill snakes.

    The very top title in the article says "legal to kill" but it should say "Illegal to kill"

    Virginia, where I'm located

    "There are three venomous species here, Copperheads, Cottonmouths and Timber Rattlesnakes. But killing them or any snake species in Virginia is illegal. Like many other states, there is an exception if the snake is presenting a direct threat to people or pets."

    Didn't know that, There's a few people I know I'm gonna go give some crap now.......

    The info for WV is wrong. It is illegal to kill or relocate any snake in WV unless it is in a house/building, or outside threatening pets or livestock on your property. I emailed the author to let him know so he could update the page.
