That's great! And I think if you're going to eat bats for sustenance it probably helps to be blind too? :rofl:

When I see my King snakes and Corns slithering over and past warm thawed mice it makes me wonder how on earth they ever survive in the wild :)

I would think the wings would make them hard to eat but the snakes seems to be managing it just fine.

That must be why so many of our snakes "practice" these challenges by taking prey backwards? ;)

It's probably not as difficult as you'd first suppose. Bat wings are mostly stretched out skin with a few long finger bones, they presumably get "folded up" as the snake consumes the body.
