How about a mini waterfall to increase humidity?
What would anyone think of using one of those mini waterfalls in a bp's viv to boost the humidity - such as this one from Exoterra: http://www.exo-terra.com/EN/products/water_falls_i.html
Does anyone use something like this? Do they work to increase the humidity? Are they a good/bad idea for bp's?

they doincrease humidity but i saw in an issue of REPTILES MAGAZINE that a baby ball python wedged itself in one of those and couldnt get out. personally i would just mist the cage and use a normal bowl for water.

I have one of these in my terrarium with my Crested Gecko, Zeppelin. I have to say, it really doesn't seem to improve humidy much at all. My humidity, unless sprayed twice daily, drops clear to 40%, which isn't too horrible so long as it doesn't stay that low for too long. I bought the waterfall more for aesthetic appeal, anyhow. I'm thinking about making a couple of these homemade humidifers.

I also believe someone had one of those things go through super meltdown with them. I can't seem to find the thread right now, but I'll keep looking.
Plus I would think those things would be a breeding ground for mold and bacteria.

I'm sure it would be without the proper maintenance and cleaning. *yuck!*
