    Saw this video on Facebook and I was pretty amazed, I've read that ball pythons aren't water snakes! Apparently the BP climbed in by herself and is also able to climb out herself. I was worried at first that the snake would be in distress under water like that but she seems to be calm and comfortable, tongue flicking underwater, moving about slowly, and choosing to dunk her head back under.

    That's really cute! I'm not too surprised- I know snakes can hold their breath a long time, & snakes aren't so panicked about water when they have traction. This one is clearly very curious. :D Funny though about the tongue-flicking under water. I'd worry mostly about the "very interested" cat that's watching the BP.
