Thank you!

Hi all,

I've been lurking on this forum for nearly the last year, and I just wanted to say thank you! I have learned so much from the generous people here, and am thrilled to say that my girl Clementine came home with me on Sunday and ate her first meal on Wednesday (hairdryer method works!) She's a beautiful 4 year old normal morph rescue, and I'm so excited to add her to the family.

I'm sure I'll have questions in the future, but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has shared their expertise and enthusiasm. Your posts walked me through everything I needed to know, and she seems to be settling in great. Thank you!

A few months ago I was chatting to one of my son’s old mates who’d bought a beautiful baby Royal from a pet store but it still hadn’t eaten for him SIX weeks later !!

I explained the hairdryer trick and later that evening he rang my overjoyed to say it had eaten :)
