Random Thoughts

I hope everyone is doing their best in these trying times.

My random thought are, I want two more ball pythons and one boa.

For my pythons I want a Savanah, a pied, or a soul sucker. I have been in love with those three morphs for forever and a day. If I had the money I would get all three.

My favorite boa of all time is would have to be true tails. I love a Peruvian, Guyana, or a Suriname red tail boa. Always have. However, my new found love are Central American boas. They are just sooooooo freaking frackin cute. Not to mention they aren’t as robust as their cousins.

But all of this is doable right now as I am in a house, but I am thinking of transitioning to an apartment, so that means less visible enclosures and leaning more towards racks. Which I wouldn’t know where to get it or order from. Same with purchasing a snake. I want to purchase one from Morph Market but I’m afraid. I am not the easiest to convince on certain things as bad experience tend stand guard if my common sense.

I don’t know. My thoughts are all over the place. But thanks for coming out to my Ted Talk! Love y’all!

Sounds like you and I are in the same boat as far as room for pets! I'm in a house but have to keep my hobby contained to my office, so I'm limited as to how many actual enclosures I can have, so my second BP is having to to wait. Well that and AP's lead times have me on hold lol. I'm also super interested in getting a boa down the road, though I confess I don't feel my husbandry or general knowledge of them is where I'd like it to be prior to bringing on home, so that's a year or two of research out before we go that route.

Make your own racks!

I can't see myself getting anything else right now, except maybe an opossum. Work keeps me too busy!

I want to keep more reptiles! But I was told no more for now. :(

I wish I knew how. I can put things together but as far as that goes, I don’t know where to begin or end. I am at a loss.

My daughter want an opossum too, but she has a BP, 4 rats (feeding failures) and an ancient cat and lives in about 144 square feet. The opossum isn't happening this year.

Edited to add the rats because my memory is Swiss cheese these days.

Me and rodents don’t quite get along well. They scare the [emoji90] out of me and I run.
