its a good idea but in my neighborhood everyone has gardeners not gonna work

as to why i need it.....unfortunatly my terrarium wall cracked ( didnt break but there a crack in it and its all safe now but im worried itll sspread and since the cage is fallin apart anyways i decided its time for a new cage and BOOM an offer comes up and i can borrow money from my 'rents but theyre not gonna just give it to me. they felt when i got Monty that i could have him if i could support him, u know? very fair of them cause they certianly didnt want it and i dont have holidays like christmas so i dont really get presents except on my bday which was in september and they bought my an awsome guitar (i'll post a pic of it, its gorgious:love: ) so im gonna raise the money

(truth is worst case scenario i have plenty i the bank but i like to make money as i spend it)

Just a thought but what about a compromise. Even if you prefer a larger, more expensive new terrarium for Monty until you are able to save up for it, why not just purchase a sterlite or rubbermaid and set it up for him for now. You can likely get an appropriate sized one for $20.00 or less, depending on Monty's size. You must have all the stuff like hides, heating, etc. so it would just be the tub purchase and melting in some holes and whatever to make it secure so he can't escape.

Monty would then be safe and comfortable and you'd have the time to save up for whatever you'd prefer for him long term.

A quick way to make $100.00 - go get a part-time job bussing tables at any restaurant who'll hire you, and then quit once you make your money. Why don't you have a job now?

As far as your enclosure goes, just set up a rubbermaid tub. Look under the caging forum and I'm sure you will find all the info you need to construct that. There might even be an article about it in the DIY section.

Or you could buy one of my AP cages !

Hock a kidney? You could probably get a lot more than a Ben for it, though.

    ;)
