You're going to really plan it around the weather and stock up on heat packs. UniHeat has 72 hour heat packs.
Moving 14 in total, ranging from 250g all the way up to almost 3000g. It's going to be fairly chilly along the way. Should I transport in their normal bins? (All the bins have lids) Or should I get travel bins that are smaller? I will definitely have to take out water during the driving portions of the day but should I give them water when I stop for the night?

They can go without water. I would use insulated coolers to maintain the temperature better.

I agree with the insulated coolers. You're going to have an easier time keeping those warm. You can also do the insulated shipping boxes from Ship Your Reptiles and then put the snakes in snake bags but the boxes are a little pricey. I think a 10-pack of the 12x9x6 is like $60 bucks.
