Blood coming from top of snakes mouth, Please help
I post about this, but no one responded so I'm posting again. A couple of days ago I noticed my bp on top of her cool side hide. She only ever does this after she poops. I cleaned it up and she went back to her warm hide and fell asleep. Next day (Saturday) same thing. She had pooped again and I took her out while I cleaned her cage. I noticed that her nostrils and tongue were VERY red. So I opened her mouth with and at the top of it was blood. I called my husband in the room to help me hold her so I could get a better look. It took him no more than 30 seconds to get there and help me. The blood was very suddenly gone, and she looked fine. Tonight (Sunday) she was roaming her cage. I was instantly worried because that is so unlike her. I took her out and checked and sure enough there was blood again. I am so worried about her, but I cannot get her to see a vet until morning, and my reptile vet has been super booked so I am very worried that they won't see her for a few days. I just need some advice. Terrified I'm going to lose my baby. Any advice would be helpful!!! I'm taking her some place first thing in the morning.

Vet, that’s really the only answer. Did she feed? Bad strike? Sorry, without seeing her only a Vet will help.

Let us know what the Vet says.

    Good luck!
