Florida woman finds python in washing machine
Article will not load on Firefox in Private Mode, But will load in Normal mode
Now it wasn't the article that got me... But the picture from "Reptile World Serpentarium"
Am I mistaken or is that poor BP suffering from a nasty R.I?? It looks really sick, what a picture to post

In case the article doesnt pull up Here's the picture with the caption
"A Ball Python at Reptile World Serpentarium in St. Cloud, opens its mouth, Tuesday, January 29, 2018. The research facility and zoo is only one of a handful in the U.S. that provides snake venom to pharmaceutical companies for development of antivenin. The facility has 75 species of live snakes from around the world, along with other reptiles, on display."

Either sick or it just drank water.

It might be water (I hope) & most people will probably just think it's dripping venom, lol... maybe that's why they chose that picture, to get a rise out of people.
That poor snake that was found in the washing machine...AFTER she was taking a load of clothes OUT! :O And all these ppl think about is their "horrifying encounter"? Geez, I wish people would get a grip, or better yet, some EMPATHY for living creatures.

If the woman was horrified, how do you think the snake felt?
"There I was, just minding my own business in my hot tub, and SUDDENLY.....!"

“That’s like the worst nightmare, is something coming out of the toilet,” Zambrano said. “We’re thinking it’s going to run out and out run everybody and wrap around us and suffocate us.”
Seriously??? I just laugh at that because mine or my daughters first thought would be "Cool, Free Snake :D"

The guy used grab tongs to pull a boa out of a toilet? Geez...I'd have just put on gloves at the most & used my hands...he probably broke some of the snake's ribs at least by having to pull so hard to get the snake out. :( Poor thing....:snake:
Many years ago when I lived in So. Calif. I knew a vet tech that adopted a boa that had been rescued by animal control in Palm Springs from the toilet in an apartment building, where it had been popping up in different apartments for a while... She named the snake "Sewer Sam" and poor SS retained a lot of attitude, but who can blame him? If everyone you saw either took a crap on your head or tried to hit you with a plunger, you might be cranky too? I know I would be! So anyway, this is nothing new... Poor :snake:

The snake was safely removed by an animal control officer using tongs and other special equipment. The welfare league said it found a specialist who will be able to provide the reptile with proper care.
:D "Sir Hiss" became Elvira, because he turned out to be a girl. Also people grossly over-estimate a snake's length, she was three feet at most. :snake:

That's for sure. Can't tell you how many "SIX FOOT RATTLESNAKES" I've relocated that were not more than THREE feet.
