What are your units for measuring? That sounds extremely large even for centimetres. If your enclosure is truly really large you might be best off with 2 of those heat lamps on either side of the middle section of the enclosure.

Your heat mat sounds fine, just make sure to use a temperature controller with it.

For my enclosure I use a heat mat for my hot spot, and then use a 60 watt heat bulb to maintain ambient temps at 27 degrees Celsius(80 Fahrenheit) during the fall and winter season. During the summer my ambient temps are naturally around 26-28 degrees.

So depending on how large your enclosure actually is, it’ll change what type of watt you use and how many bulbs you’ll have to use. I use a 60 watt to maintain ambient temps and I have a ~35 gallon enclosure.

As long as both are on thermostats it will be fine - just put a guard round the lamp if it is inside the enclosure.

I would not recommend placing a heat mat inside an enclosure regardless of how it's regulated.
I suggest you remove the heat mat, and replace the spot lamp with a Ceramic Heat Emitter, you'll want to use the lowest wattage you can get away with so if your thermostat fails it won't kill your snake.

Also, if you don't have a thermostat, then I'd recommend ordering the InkBird WiFi off amazon, it's $50 so not the cheapest, but the best value you'll find.

When you stated the dimensions of the Tank, you meant MM correct? not CM.
It is quite a large enclosure, but if you fill it up with as many accessories as you can it will most likely work.
