    Suction Cups not Suctioning
A bit of a silly issue, but I'm having an issue with my combo meters. They have 3 section cups, one per probe and one on the back, and NONE of them will suction to the side walls of my PVC. I've dampened them, and thoroughly cleaned the surface I'm trying to stick them to.

The same for my plastic plants suction cups as well. I like that they have the cups because I prefer to cups to wires or hooks, but I've got to get those combo meters into an easier place to read. I don't want to bother my snake every time I walk by just so I can see his temps.

My place isnt very warm either, and opening the sliding glass doors lowers the temps in the cage within a couple minutes. I have the cords wrapped around my middle perch, but this isn't a good long term suggestion.

Any suggestions for ways to stick these combineters to the wall would be great appreciated!

Suction cups don’t work on pvc. Use a small pan head screw to hang the thermometer from where the suction cup fits in the back of it.

Hot glue is your friend. Glue the cups in place.

    +1,

Also, a dab of hot glue can be applied to the suction cup.
