A20, A25, T25, or T35 for SD retics
My two SD retics are getting to the age I have a good idea what size they will end up. So now is the time to start shopping for their final enclosure. The male is 3yo and right at 5'. The female is 2yo and just under 6'.
I'm vending a show this coming weekend and had planned to talk to another vendor about doing 2 custom 6'lx2'wx3'h enclosures. That other vendor canceled so looks like I'm stuck with possibly ordering from animal plastics. I have no limit on length or width but do have a bulkhead just above 6' so the total height can't be above that. I wanted the 6' length so they could stretch out on the floor and the 3' height for many arboreal options. These will be in my reptile room which is kept 75-80 ambient. They will also have rhp's.
Which would you choose? Or any other manufacturer options with length and height?
1. A20-48x24x36
2. A25-48x24x48
3. T25-72x30x18
4. T35-72x36x24

Male would likely be fine in a 4' enclosure of the dimensions you've listed and would fare well in something larger no doubt if given areas for seclusion/security. Female would also do fine in a T25 but may use more height if provided with perches, shelves, etc.

I’m always a fan of the largest enclosure you can manage...especially since they will likely be out for “play time” less and less as they grow ;) A T35 would be a killer display setup and they will definitely use the extra height. Whatever you choose, we expect photos!

I agree - that either a T25 or a T35 should be large enough for adult female Super dwarfs or high percentage super dwarf crosses to last their life time . Although they are semi-arboreal - 18 " is okay, but a 24" tall would be even better, especially if you are planning on adding a climbing shelf.

I like the T25 best. The T50 is nice choice at 84x30x18 and the T60 is another good option at 96x30x18.
