My New Baby BRB

I got him on Sunday. He's a bit darker as he's coming up for a shed. Offered him a fuzzy mouse and was surprised when he ate it. I didn't think he would what with travelling over 200 miles to get home, being put in a strange viv etc. Hope his appetite keeps good but he has a good feeding record. He was born on the 30th September.

Beautiful snake. I've always loved BRB's and was going to get one as my second snake before I got more into bp's and then the plans of breeding them. One day, though, lol.

Jo, his name is Sunny. He's 7 weeks old (born on the 30th September). The breeders said he was a bit nippy (always hanging off the end of your finger LOL) but he hasn't attempted to bite any of us yet. We haven't handled him much to let him settle in, just briefly to check he's OK as he's so young (want to get a good eating routine first). He's got a very good eating record so far (never missed a feed once) and we took him home late on Sunday afternoon and he ate a fuzzy mouse a few hours later. He gets fed every 5 days at the moment, so tonight he gets fed. I'm hoping he eats for me again. He seems to be very chilled-out on the two brief occasions we've had him out this week - doesn't S up and seems very interested in his new surroundings - tongue flicking with interest.

I'll be feeding him shortly so will let you know if he eats OK again.
