Ok, I would just start waiting at least two weeks before offering.
And if you're handling him much it would be best to hold off on handling til he's eating again.

He looks healthy to me but I know how stressful hunger strikes can be -- our 12 yo Normal didn't eat for 6 months during the winter and I was worried the entire time (he is eating again and fine). Curious if you're offering f/t or live and if anything has changed about his enclosure since the last time he ate?

Yea, I switched him from a 20 gallon to a 40 gallon as he outgrew it but I remember him not eating before that change. I offer f/t to him.
