    I am trying to become a breeder in Utah. do i need a license
    does any one know if i need a breeding license in Utah for the breeding of albino ball pythons? i have try'ed to contact many places to find out and i just get transferred and hung up on i am wondering if any breeders in Utah have had this issues and know?

    Who have you contacted? The state dept. of game & fish? Animal control? Herp societies? Professional snake breeders?

    No, you don't need a license to breed any morph of ball python....

    Each state has different laws whether it is for ownership or breeding what you need to do is contact Fish and Wildlife of your state https://wildlife.utah.gov/ as well as your department of agriculture https://ag.utah.gov/
