Alife thermostats?

Does anyone know anything about these thermostats? I am only keeping one snake at the time, and don't have the money to spend on a really fancy thermostat. I am using a dimmer now, and it works great, but I think that this might give me a little more piece of mind. Thank you

what about zoomed 500r? basically looking for a little more piece of mind w/o spending a ton

You're better off with a dimmer ... every Alife or Zoomed t-stat I have ever heard about anyone using has had huge problems either keeping consistent temps or with shorting out after 6 months.

Save your money for a Helix DBS-1000 ... I've found them used for as low as $90 ... Just about every top ball python breeder in the world uses Helix for a reason ... they are the best! :D:D:D
