    Ball Python Throw Up
Hi! My 7 year old ball python threw up a rat 14 days after being fed. I thought it took 10 days for rats to digest. It's been a month now and she's eating fine so far...but should I be more worried?

Also, I did have her in the car after she ate so I considered that maybe it's car sickness? But I have fed her and shipped her on a plane before as well and she was fine.

I think it’s just a one time thing. The motion from the vehicle could’ve easily made her feel stressed and the need to regurgitate. Also depends on how she was placed/secured during the car ride. It sounds like she should be fine but it doesn’t hurt to get her checked out.

Might want to check the temperatures in her enclosure...if they're too low, it would take longer to digest than it should, & 14 days to digest a rat sounds a bit "long" to me.
