    Shedded skin
So I left for the weekend and my plane was delayed two days because of the storm in Winnipeg.. and when I left my python got her "blue" eyes and every sign that she was in for a shed right away.
I just got home.. she's a gorgeous color .. but there's no skin anywhere?
Has anyone known pythons to eat their shedded skin?
    So confused..

They don't eat it. Typically they return to normal coloring (although slightly dull) right before it actually comes off.

Look for the shed in the next couple of days.

I've always found the shed. It's possible you've caught her at the clear up stage, before actual shed. After their eyes go blue they will clear back up and it's about 48 hours before you get a shed.

No worries, it catches almost all of us on our first snake's first shed. If you've got your humidity up around 70% or so hopefully you will get a nice complete shed. If not and there's any retained shed just ask or search the forum and you'll see lots of advice about what to do about that.

Good luck with your first shed!

WinterPig is still being WinterPig is it? LOL
