    Hasnt pooped
So about 10 days ago my 6-7 month old bp ate a 25gram rat and 19gram mouse the same day (no this isnt a normal thing, was scenting my rat, didnt want to waste the mouse) she hadnt eaten the two weeks previous. She is at a healthy weight 270 grams.. my question is she hasnt pooped out either of those yet, and today would be the day id feed.. should I wait til I get some waste out of her since she has two animals worth.. or go ahead and proceed with normal feeding.

Some of mine piss once a week, some piss once every 2 weeks. As far as poop, i have 1 that goes every other week or so, 1 every month or so and also 1 that goes every 2-3 months...

I agree...they don't "go on schedule" but only when enough waste is produced to need to go. As far as feeding now, I'd go by whether your snake is acting hungry
or not, & skip feeding if not. (I don't feed on exact schedules, fyi...only "approximate" ones) There isn't much correlation between meals & defecations in snakes: snakes that are eating younger & more digestible rodents may eat several times before they have enough waste to excrete out, it's not a 1:1 ratio.

There is no schedule, snakes in general are very efficient and bowel movements may vary from once a week to every 4 to 8 weeks. It depends on feeding frequency and prey size as well as metabolism (older animals having a slower metabolism)

Young animals utilize a lot of their prey for growth as well so that is to be kept in mind.

Unless there are signs of an obvious blockage which would be a persistent bulge near the cloaca there is nothing to worry about.

Want your snake to poop? Soak it in warm water:snake:. But as others have said, your snake will poop when it needs to.

Want an even faster way? Put on your best silk (dry clean) shirt or jacket & let them snuggle inside with you...:rofl:It's like magic!
