    Is this scale rot?
I previously made a post worrying about these dark spots on my ivory BP. I am hoping it isn’t scale rot and possibly just dry scales? Since he’s so light in color it’s much easier to see so maybe I am worrying for no reason. He eats very well and handles very well. I have never seen him drink water I swear he doesn’t drink but I change his water and clean his water bowl every single day! If anyone knows what these spots could be let me know! Thank you :) I have him in a tub set up with a heating pad. Humidity sometimes gets a little high but I bring it back down by turning on a ceiling fan on a low setting so humidity is usually at 55/60.

Don't have much experience with BP but lots with lizards. That doesn't look like scale rot to me, maybe extremely early rot? Afaik scale rot is way more reddish and spread out rather than single dots.

This happens when you have pieces of shed stuck on a few scales here and there.

Interesting, I know this is the case with lizards - my beardie always has little speckled dots on her belly that look similar to the op! I wanted to suggest stuck shed but thought the ways that snakes shed prevented it from happening. Til!
