Help!! Why does my ivory BP have these dark spots?
I am trying to attach a picture but this is my first post so I don't know if it will work. Juney has had these dark spots for about a week now and they havn't changed. He had a perfect shed a little over a month ago and he's roughly a year old. I keep him in a tub with a heating pad (in the process of getting him a terrarium). It does not look like mites to me, just a few individual scales that are brown in color. He has no problems eating and is great when I handle him. If anyone knows why these spots showed up or if I should be concerned I would greatly appreciate some guidance. I am always very worried about him and I just don't want him to be uncomfortable in any way. I hope the picture works.
Thank you so much!

Can anyone help me figure out how to add a picture? the insert image option is only letting me add a url and that is not working :(
Re: Help!! Why does my ivory BP have these dark spots?
I am a newbie but i wouldnt be to worried if its not all in one spot like scale rot. I've heard of normal balls developing white spots and then disappearing again , do you weigh him/her ?
If he/she eats well the black spots dont move like mites would and he/she hides away 80% of the time. I think you are okay tbh.
Adding images would help us a lot ,,,,you can download tapatalk on your phone to post images

If you have the Tapatalk app there’s just a button to insert a pic. Hard to give insight without a picture.
