    New Rack (640x480) Dial-Up Warning
It seems like everyone's doing it, so what the heck.. I got one too. :) Just got it in on Friday, and am trying to get the temps right as we speak.

    Thanks Matt, Adam & Christie!

Oh wow! Looks very nice, indeed. Are these setups usually for breeders, or for casual owners too? I'd really like to get into breeding eventually, so I'm just trying to suck up as much info as possible. Were I to actually know a local breeder, it would be nice, but as for now I'm left with only the Internet :)

Oh heck it's not like most of us "know" a bunch of big breeders LOL. We're just darned lucky on this forum to have a few of those breeders participate and take the time to share their collective wisdom. As well as lots of folks that have only one or two snakes but do very well with them and share their thoughts and suggestions as well. It's a great forum that way, everything from the person with one pet snake up to folks with hundreds of them (and some very expensive morphs to boot) and everyone in between.

There are a lot of racking options and suppliers. Racks can get very pricey so take your time, do the research and ask around so you get the one that would work for you from a reputable rack builder. We've got 6 balls and a boa and no racks...just a lot less flat free space than before LOL. I would sell a kidney somedays for a decent racking system but that will come in time.

There are also some rack plans online available for free if you are the handy sort and Matt (justcage) can advise and supply you with your heating needs.

The rack I got was from Boaphile Plastics at http://www.boaphileplastics.com

It takes quite a while for shipping (5-7 weeks) because they don't make 'em 'till you order 'em.

I actually recently ordered a rack from Animal Plastics (rubbermaid 2221 series), takes two weeks shipped to my door, and am selling my two AP T3 cages. They work great, but I plan on getting more female bps, so a rack is the route i had to go.

My AP cages are for sale, so if anyone is interested, PM me.

I just ordered a 12 slot shoe rack from http://www.reptilebasics.com/ $160 shipped with heat and tubs. Supposed to arrive in less than a week.

I like those hides you have.. where'd you get them?
