    They get points for using "Venomous" not poisonous

    But isn't a False Water Cobra rear fanged? So not really as dangerous as a true Cobra??

    Yes, they're rear fanged, but from what I read, realistically, they're not that dangerous because you either have to let them bite on you for a long time or be allergic to the venom, both of which probably won't happen.
