Assist in science project!
Hello, i'm a high school science research student working on studying the cranial capacity of the normal and spider ball python.
I am looking for as many photos of adult normal ball pythons and spider ball pythons head shots (taken with a penny for comparison) taken similarly to the diagrammed photo of the Nerodia clarkii taeniata (Atlantic Salt Marsh Snake) here (minus the C and F angles)
https://www.floridamuseum.ufl.edu/fi...a_clarikii.jpg
Im looking for at least 6 of each type but the more the merrier. I will also be producing 3D printed skulls using the measurements taken from studying the photos, if you are willing to assist i would HIGHLY appreciate it!!
Re: Assist in science project!
thank you! For the normal, i was looking at the typical, "run of the mill" ball python since i am focusing on the coloration morph Spider. The normal is sorta my control group.

Ok, thank you. Unfortunately I can't help you. Neither of my BPs are normals or spiders.
And just to help out, are you looking for single gene spiders?
Good luck, I hope the project goes really well for you!!!
Re: Assist in science project!
I have a normal. Unfortunately, mine is in shed right now so I don't want to mess with him. If you are still looking in a about a week I will so what i can do.
